      Avantages

      My experience joining Spectraforce has been smooth and well-organized. The HR and leadership teams made a genuine effort to help me settle in and understand the company culture. The people here are approachable, open to ideas, and willing to share knowledge, which has been a big plus early on. Even in the short time I've been here, I can see potential for internal growth and professional development.

      Inconvénients

      Like any new organization, there’s a bit of a learning curve to understand internal processes and systems, but support is available when needed.

      Avantages

      Management team is very involved with ensuring that the employees are properly supported in my role. Also, easy access to training material

      Inconvénients

      Poor benefits which is somewhat standard as a contractor. Limited opportunities were available once my contract ended
