Inconvénients
Where do I start. Micromanaging upper management, YOU WILL ALWAYS BE WRONG no matter what the real truth is. THE TRUCKS WILL ALWAYS BREAK DOWN AND THE TECHNICIANS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FIX THEM AND YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SEND THE TRUCK TO THE DEALER AND THE CUSTOMER WILL NEED A SUB AND THERE WILL BE NO SUBS AVAILABLE AND YOU WILL STILL BE REQUIRED TO FIND ONE (YOU GET THE POINT). The customer is always right and even when the customer is not holding their end of the contractual obligation you can be written up. If you are a BLACK MALE, good luck getting a job in rental well in the Atlanta area at least, no matter what your qualifications are. Even if you dont work in rental you will still do their job as well with the same pay. You will not be paid enough for all the work you are required to do. The HR process is horrible, you apply to jobs with no feedback or to find out the job was closed. Promotions are based off of favoritism, you will be black balled if your manager doesn't like you or you don't fit in with the good ole boys. I urge you if you are considering working here take a visit to a shop location, just walk into RENTAL and walk into the SHOP and ask yourself what's wrong with the picture. Outdated facilities with filthy grown technicians not cleaning up after themselves. Somebody is getting rich at this company but I can tell you who is not. Oh and did I mention the turnover rate.
