      Avantages

      I enjoyed the quality of my co-workers, the university's reputation, the facilities and resources, and the work content. I wish my personal circumstances had been different, and that I had stayed on.

      Inconvénients

      In my particular situation, there was a mis-match between my direct manager and myself, which is certainly not a factor involving the University. We both could have handled it better than we did.

      Avantages

      co-workers are super nice, friendly and collaborative. Good flexibility in work arrangements. My immediate boss is nice.

      Inconvénients

      Morale is quite low, and turnover is high. We are losing good people and goals are not being met. Senior Leader tell us to do more with less, and do not want constructive feedback. They don't lead by example, taking elaborate trips instead of being present and supporting staff. Rules don't apply to them. So disappointing, not what you would expect from a public university.
