      Avantages

      Wow can't really find any accept that I liked most of my colleagues who by the way 99% of them have left the job

      Inconvénients

      Disorganized administration. We are wats given the run around because people do not know their jobs fully. The environment does not foster creativity. No opportunities for advancement. Old facilities everywhere including the elevators in which people are always getting stuck and which are never working. Employees are neglected and there are really no incentives to work there

      Avantages

      co-workers are super nice, friendly and collaborative. Good flexibility in work arrangements. My immediate boss is nice.

      Inconvénients

      Morale is quite low, and turnover is high. We are losing good people and goals are not being met. Senior Leader tell us to do more with less, and do not want constructive feedback. They don't lead by example, taking elaborate trips instead of being present and supporting staff. Rules don't apply to them. So disappointing, not what you would expect from a public university.
