      Avantages

      I was fortunate enough to work in a department that had hard working co-workers and understanding upper level supervisors. Laid back environment but work and projects were still completed accurately and in a timely manner.

      Inconvénients

      Pay was low especially if you're a student worker whether you're an undergrad or a graduate student.

      Avantages

      co-workers are super nice, friendly and collaborative. Good flexibility in work arrangements. My immediate boss is nice.

      Inconvénients

      Morale is quite low, and turnover is high. We are losing good people and goals are not being met. Senior Leader tell us to do more with less, and do not want constructive feedback. They don't lead by example, taking elaborate trips instead of being present and supporting staff. Rules don't apply to them. So disappointing, not what you would expect from a public university.
