This Ruppert branch in Garner, NC hires and keeps open racists on payroll no matter what HE/SHE says or does even after reporting it to management. If you are "African American" you have NO chance of moving up in the company except for a driver position (field manager). If you go to their office in Garner you can see they only let people of European or Hispanic decent work in higher positions in their office. Note: They may change this after seeing this review. They might hire 1 or 2 after this date 6/11/23 They have a field manager there that sells thc gummies on the company phone. If you walk into their office after 3:00pm you will see area managers in blue shirts walking around with cups of liquor and many of them are also using cocaine in the office. If you are thinking of applying here take note that if you speak up to any injustices at this branch they will make up a random reason to fire you with no proof or no just cause.
