      Avantages

      -Gain a lot of experience very quickly -Opportunities for travel -Okay amount of diversity in junior roles -Hybrid work options -Everyone is like a family

      Inconvénients

      -First year is essentially a probationary period +No vestment on 401K +Not eligible for the bonus pool -Lack of training before being customer facing -During my time there there was no on-site IT or HR -Expected to go the extra mile (usually in the form of 50-60 hour weeks) for approaching deadlines -No negotiation on salary especially for college graduates

      Free food often at the bakery. Remote work option.

      Inconvénients

      Work life balance isn't the best. They try to work with you and it can really depend on the projects which you are on and your manager. Some are really awesome
