Avantages
- There are some really great people. - Very friendly and welcoming - Great inclusion initiatives
Inconvénients
- Management seems to be all over the place. There is a lot of money being spent, but it's not allocated in a way that seems to make sense. They have hundreds of thousands of dollars of equipment that isn't in use because no one currently there is trained on how it works. A lot of the infrastructure seems to be held together with tape and bubblegum. They desperately need a consultant or appropriate architect to come through and redesign things. - no reasonable change windows for IT changes. You're expected to pull multiple 6 am Saturdays a month. Don't be shocked if you were up until midnight the Friday before because something undocumented went wrong. - total lack of processes. It's the wild west out there.
