      No employee engagement in India, HR team in India is understaffed, they focus more on monetary benefits, no spot awards. Hikes are peanuts.

      Avantages

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
