Avantages
Great promotional opportunities, good benefits, good job security, decent pay, diverse work tasks, decent freedom in ability to run a store, remodeled stores look fantastic.
Inconvénients
Shoplifting is outrageous, return policy is outrageous (encourages shoplifting), they have bitten off more than they can chew with remodels and updating the system NONSTOP to "adapt" to the market making most of their systems NOT WORK, anytime they seem to "improve" the way we do our work it is literally 1 step forward, 2 steps back, usually fix 1 thing break 2 other things, I don't appreciate the fact that all our security cameras in any store are pointed at US, not the customers, implies we are all criminal scum and need to be watched constantly. Meanwhile groups of shoplifters are having their way with our stores.
