Avantages

- Riot really cares about players and the team, it's not just a slogan - You will never be the smartest person in the room - Allows for time to build, develop, and explore - Supportive of gamer cultures across all regions, styles, and ages

Inconvénients

- The core development strength lies in network and security technology. Don't expect to innovate artistically or in other areas of game and creative development - It has such a huge global reach that it can't take risks of cultural or political controversy - It's a tiny developer and therefore projects take a very long time; and it lacks leadership with the right experience to take games over the launch line

Avantages

Passionate co-workers who are all hyper talented, amazing fringe benefits, work/life balance, dedicated managers to help you with your career, and passionate players to serve.

Inconvénients

Egos are rewarded you have to be really good at self promotion, the company is so big that you can feel lost if you don't invest in networking often, layoffs happen at Riot now

Avantages

Great benefits, pays well, can work on some very interesting problems.

Inconvénients

Work hours are from 10-7 and hardly anyone actually works that, so stuff can move at a snail pace. Getting help from central teams can be painful, especially if they're way off hours. Some of the culture can get a bit overwhelming too and you can end up feeling pretty lonely if you don't drink the koolaid.
