      Flexibility, beautiful campus. Some departments allow flexible hybrid schedules

      Inconvénients

      Abysmal pay. Staff are treated very differently from faculty. As a staff member you can fell the difference in treatment at various levels such as salary, policies governing benefits etc.

      Good communications, good boss, good location

      Inconvénients

      No scope for raises. Receive silly plaques to commemorate work anniversaries rather than raise.
