There are a few pros to working here, but they definitely don't outweigh the cons. Free coffee and parking. Hour long lunches and you always get your 2 paid breaks.

This position (Inside Sales Agent) consists of calling people trying to sell their homes all day. Most of the time no one answers, and if they do they're upset the company won't stop calling. While on the phone you're encouraged (and taught during training) to lie to the home owner, and say anything you can to set an appointment. During interviews and training you're told you can make up to 40 dollars an hour, but we never make more than 12. You don't get sick days, paid vacation or any benefits... don't waste your time here, you'll get paid more and get more benefits working fast food. The turnover rate here is so high that they're constantly hiring, and doing training classes every week. His last company was shut down do to scamming people millions of dollars
