Company values are solidly aligned with my own and the company walks the talk. Check out values on website. My prior employer didn't really respect their customers, this one does which is a refreshing change. RHONDOS is essentially a startup, so expect the unexpected.

I have worked at RHONDOS for over 5 years and I can say with confidence that this is the best company I have ever worked with. The CEO and President are a great combined team, and the leadership team is on point. I have worked for long tenure at a few start-up companies and none of them compare to RHONDOS. The CEO and President work hard to be sure that the company continues to be profitable while also focusing on their employees and their well-being. You hear a lot of companies say the are family oriented but not like how it is at RHONDOS. It has been exciting to see over the years our name be brought up by big fortune 500 companies who recommend our product and services to other companies in their field. The time and dedication that our management team takes to work with each staff member and provide them training when needed is refreshing. I have yet to see anyone get upset, confrontational, or have any ill feelings towards RHONDOS or it's employees.
