Inconvénients
Horrible pay, horrible management, the scheduling department is a nightmare to work with, will make the same nurses and CNA's float throughout the building with no warning for multiple shifts in a row while other nurses and CNA's get to pick and choose their ideal schedule. Good luck EVER getting a day off that you need because scheduling will make you do their job for them to get the shift off even if you give them months notice. Requests off are often lost, even though its an electronic Kronos system. Staff is very cliquey at Rennes and there is a lot of drama including management! You can never rely on another people to ensure residents are cared for appropriately. If there are any issues, everyone is referred back to the nurse who is already usually busy and drowning in work. Phone system sucks and calls are dropped all the time.
