      Great culture. If you are looking for a company that has old school values. Reece is the company for you. I love helping customers with their problems

      Hours can be long and there is Saturday work involved

      Great in house team, good benefits, and pay.

      Inconvénients

      Poor communication from upper management level down to the salesperson. Everyday there is a new rule, a new change nobody has heard of and when you need help learning something they couldn’t be bothered to take the time to help all they do is send you a 3-5 page SOP which is like a big F-off!
