      Generous pto. Decent open office. Free snacks. Flexible work hours. Good work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Very few hardworking employees and they are leaving. Bad managers at all levels. Rampant cronyism and favoritism. The ceo and executives are terrible at direction and strategy. Real has the worst marketing group I've ever seen.
