      -Not much going on so work life balance is fine. - They underpay so lots of unqualified candidates so easy to be high performer

      Inconvénients

      -Discombobulated teams - Below market salaries - overarching Japanese top down culture - too many pointless meetings

      Avantages

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Inconvénients

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
