      Avantages

      Want to promote from within however never do and company has no plan or training for the future.

      Inconvénients

      New leadership is terrible. Losing customer base due to lack of industry knowledge. Can't hold others accountable. Too many EEOC complaints and massive turnover. Vision statement is just words on paper. Double standards and excessive discrimination going on at all locations for a Berkshire Hathaway Co

      Avantages

      At this specific job site it’s awesome. Other job sites are not as good at retaining employees. This job site has amazing leadership and the work home life ratio is phenomenal. The pay is alright, could be better but you can’t find a work atmosphere any better than this

      Inconvénients

      Pay isn’t as good. Other job sites don’t care about you if you travel.
