Rackspace hires some really great people to work for them, some of the best and brightest people i've met in my career work at Rackspace.
Inconvénients
The Social Media Team works around the clock to make sure that the public image of the company looks immaculate. A number of the reviews on this site are obviously fake. Huge lack of internal quality control, the culture is a minefield of corporate politics where if you say one wrong thing to one wrong person you will be pigeonholed, and HR serves management, not the common employee. If you go to HR, prepare to be singled out as "insubordinate" and for the rest of your days at the company to be horrible.
