Growing company with a great culture. Top level management is committed to the long term health and growth of the company. Opportunities exist if you are vocal about pursuing them.
Inconvénients
Initiatives often just fade out. Re-orgs are frequent. Salaries are average for the industry. The HR organization is fairly weak and inexperienced. Working across teams can be frustrating.
