      Pay wasn't terrible some new experiences

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is blind and deaf to suggestions. Will treat you like dirt and make promises that they have no intention of following through with. Was threatened by shop lead. Refusal to buy proper shop tools for jobs. Expected to be ready at the drop of a hat after hours to fix issues.
