WORST owners/managers with no management knowledge and skills. Worst place to work. No appreciation for your hard work, and no sense of behaving with female employees. With male employees they behave even worst. Over all, it's a company with worthy employees but hopeless managers. I hope they correct themselves before they lose gems they have hired. And I hope the employees working there understand their own true worth and leave the organization before the organization ruins their career.
