      Avantages

      The work seems fun and youthful at a surface level since the premise is on video games, events, and online entertainment.

      Inconvénients

      Nepotism is rampant especially when you are closely associated with the management. Understandably, the industry is new but the administration and management are not employing ways for self-improvement. Higher ups are using power play and power imbalance to manipulate employees. Employees were subjected to unfair labor practices and some even experienced verbal and physical harassment. Employees that are opposed to the management are vilified even after leaving the company.

      -You live the life of esports, but you also live the cost. - You work and meet AWESOME people, at least years back" - Projects are good for your portfolio.

      Inconvénients

      NOT RECOMMENDED AS FIRST JOB - Slow to no career growth. - You won't last on the job if they don't like you. - Job feels all experimental. - Poor Project Management and no respect for creativity, timeline, and budget. - Poor Management, higher-ups and half of the managers are doing everything in training due to being promoted without qualifications. - Graduate from YouTube University. Challenge is good, but your tasks will be beyond your job description, and you have to graduate from YouTube University. Don't go in if you are not stable. It doesn't promise stability. Financially and mentally.
