Dear former employee, RSA prides on transparency, professionalism and culture. We offer 100% paid insurance for employees and some portions are 100% paid for the dependents as well. We have never terminated anyone who gave two weeks notice, and I openly invite you to challenge HR Department on this public statement. It is true that some employees get terminated due to low performance, excessive absenteeism and gross misconduct. However, these actions are in employees' control and RSA, after verbal coaching and disciplinary warnings, will terminate employment if the behavior did not improve.
