      Avantages

      Engineering group was a solid group.

      Inconvénients

      Management only cared about the money going out the door, meaning they were willing to spend thr time for band aid fixes, but not willing to implement process improvements to stop the band aid fixes. Daily meeting was just point fingers and was a negative environment to be around. If you could get away with not going, highly recommend it.

      Avantages

      It is a small company so one of the pros is that you get larger variety of responsibilities and work. It keeps the job interesting. Also a good work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Some of the internal teams do not work well together and the pay is not the best.
