Most reps from the company don't know the first thing about retail. The owner of the company Elizabeth Dubuss does not care about you, or what you bring to the table. If by any chance you are a good worker, and you try to leave her company, she will lie on you to the other companies so they don't hire you. While taking other companies workers . I resigned 3 times, and I still work there. This company will bleed you dry, and leave you with nothing to fall back on. The blackouts are the worst. Sometimes I have gone 2 months without a schedule, which means I had to deplete any and all savings just to stay afloat. I hate this job, and the people that so call lead are all drunks, liars and backstabbers. They will throw you under the bus in a second, if they thought it would benifit them. Yet all the while smiling in your face, borrowing your money. Smoking all you have. If you like being betrayed, work here. If not, then run as far as you can in the other direction away from this company. There are no benefits to working here. If you get sick or hurt you have to cover it. All of it!!! If your car breaks down in the service of this company, you are responsible for fixing it. You are responsible for all loses you take working for this company.
