      Favoritism - Management has few selected 'pampered' employees Junior staff is harassed by Senior staff Employees are underpaid Promotions are based on relationship and not performance and talent

      Avantages

      Vendor-Client relationship make immediate management and stress levels pretty manageable. Immediate manager and manger's manager are really great.

      Inconvénients

      HR systems for reporting and last-minute communications and late on deadline while expecting employee communication and deadlines to be met and on-point. Upper leadership makes me feel like a number and not a person.
