Avantages
work life balance clean building full time people can show up late and nobody address anything people leave building early start there cars and then clock out go to washroom and workers are busy texting on phones
Inconvénients
-They don't hire temporary workers who been there over year giving 110% percent for you. -Not addressing worker concerns and morality. -Don't train you properly and it can feels like a sweat shop from China -Morning meetings are a joke previous day could be a complete train wreck and next day nothing said or any concerns -line leads bully you around if you are new zero respect.
