      Dispersed Teams can at times create some isolation but this is countered by great communication channels and the use of technology to keep everyone together.

      Part of a charity network, working towards job satisfaction

      Inconvénients

      Could be a great place to work, however there are always those who willingly tread all over other peoples feelings and work ethic - just to be seen as top dog. Paid roughly the same as a cleaner - so you're not paid fairly. Glad to be out of the stress!

      Very tight knit teams even with spread of locations Good pay, benefits and flexible working options Always able to talk and be listened to

      Inconvénients

      Workforce and team members spread out around the UK so only meet up twice a year. Difficult to progress if you're not near London or willing to travel regularly to London
