      If one can express his/her expertise on customers' work well, he/she gets noticed easily and rewarded by the company.

      If an employee decides to leave the job, HR and CEO behaves in a bad manner.

      Avantages

      Payment is on time. Owners are nice. People are mainly junior. They pay for lunch and daily transportation expenses. Good HR department.

      Inconvénients

      People are mainly junior. Projects are short term projects. Not many products. HR outsourcing. Divided into two locations. No client diversity.
