      Avantages

      The best company I have been a part of. There has been a lot of recent changes to the agency that I think have been hard at times. You can tell staff truly care about clients and operations teams work hard to keep things afloat.

      Avantages

      -supportive with scheduling -great co-workers -a free meal per shift -supportive of joining different teams within the company.

      Inconvénients

      -poor management -scheduling is supportive but poorly managed, often understaffed per-shift -TD is difficult to get in contact with. Generally doesn’t seem to know much in terms of h role. -poor communication. Between co-workers about clients, from higher ups, etc.
