      Lots of work that is interesting. Good people but poor leadership/mgmt at the top.

      Inconvénients

      Very limited career development by hr. Company is very iinto Nepotism with many people hired/promoted based on who you know. Many positive reviews Solicited by hr/recruiting (April) to artificially raise scores of company.
