Avantages
The people are good and they are flexible with work locations depending on your role. You will be challenged to continue to cut cost and do more with less
Inconvénients
Raises are almost Jon existent and do not depend on performance a standard 1% over the past 4 years. No 401k match since 2009/2010. You are an expendable asset to the organization and they will lay you off when they need to meet numbers. Layoffs have been constant trickle over past several years. No young people coming into jobs. Safety is a word they use and not put into action
