      Avantages

      Quest has a very friendly working culture. Team members are very helpful to each other. Flexibility of work from home is a boon for a mother of little one like me.

      Inconvénients

      Nothing except for some spikes in workload but this is a causal thing in the corporate life.

      Avantages

      The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

      Inconvénients

      As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
