A friendly working environment in headquarters, reasonable workload, slow working pace

Inconvénients

Salary slightly lower than other companies, frequent business trips to Shanghai (4month up per year), slow salary raise, slow promotion.

Quite enthustic people, not all but many try learn. HR is flexible and fast.

Inconvénients

Poor infra, optimized till last inch to cut down costs. Poor pay rates so constantly people leaving
