      Avantages

      The compensation is among the best in the industry. You get yearly bonuses which are quite good.

      Inconvénients

      Work life balance is not so good. Lot of work, but i feel in these pandemic times that is good. Promotions are slow.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Inconvénients

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
