      Avantages

      Joined Precise 4 months ago and have really liked it so far. The senior leadership are always looking for ways to improve and take feedback. They are very focused on trying to foster growth and training. CEO takes time to get to know all new hires and provides a lot of support to creative ideas to solve problems

      Inconvénients

      Some back office process need to be matured - from what I can tell this is in progress though
