Avantages

Friendly atmosphere everyone is treated like family

Inconvénients

The pay continues to decrease every year since the company was sold. An investment firm bought the company and it is obvious that they keep cutting our pay to show more profit so they can resell for a large profit. The rich get richer at the expense of the average hard working guy! They also cover no expenses at all but continue to take from the sales force.
