Avantages
- Genuinely enjoy going to work in the morning – my colleagues are friendly, passionate, and smart as hell. - The product is great – very proud of what we put out, and get a lot of really fun problems to solve (crucially, with a lot of freedom in how we solve them!) - Self-training is both funded *and* encouraged by team leaders - The SMs I've worked with have been very protective and supportive of their teams and our schedules - As a new starter, I thought the onboarding was particularly excellent – not thrown in at the deep end, and given plenty of support and opportunity to explore the product / codebase, which helped me start contributing really quickly. - I appreciate the flexibility – although face-to-face working is a massive part of the culture, I've never had a problem working from home when I've needed to.
Inconvénients
- Communication could be better between different teams – while everyone I've worked with is fantastic at what they do, a bit more interdepartmental collaboration could work wonders :)
