      Avantages

      The firm at the time had a large social focus, including multiple staff parties and events throughout the year.

      Inconvénients

      Salary did not meet the industry average (based on Glassdoor and other recruitment salary guides). It felt as if senior member where protected and could "do not wrong"

      Avantages

      A great place to work. Friendly, community feel despite being a large team. There's a focus on learning and development across all areas of the business. A real pride from the Partners in what the company has achieved over the past 40 years.

      Inconvénients

      none that i can think of.
