      The office timings are fixed so very rare instances of working late Also,the work pressure is also not much The company cabs are good and free of charge :)

      -- low salaries -- no career growth -- bad salary structure -- worse managers -- doesn't fulfill its promises

      Avantages

      The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.

      Inconvénients

      Old employees are paid less (or receive worse salaries) compared to new hires, even when holding the same job title or responsibilities.
