      Decent pay, but pretty much nothing else.

      Inconvénients

      Greedy, huge lack of any communication as to requirements or feedback, terrible company structure, and overall a terrible company to work with.

      The best part about OpenOffer.com is their business structure! All of the tasks are laid out, plain and simple and just a great team to work with!

      Inconvénients

      I think being able to reach all the team members would be a bit of a concern, although everyone is very helpful.

      Awesome company to work for, great learning experience, relaxed environment, great interaction during development phases. A true agile company with transparent culture.

      Change is not always good. If changes are implemented, try to make them gradually
