Unpaid deposits, salary, holiday and expenses. Questionable funding and legally inadequate leases. Terrible or non-existent communication the majority of the time, internally and externally. Complete lack of understanding and provision for a diverse workforce, culminating in an intolerant working environment for neurodivergence. Extremely unhealthy working conditions with over working, blaming, under resourcing, pivoting goals and poorly equipped central staff. Inappropriate, unprofessional and incompetent leadership.
