      - a lot of opportunities after the acquisitions of Lumoa and Mopinion -> new technologies, new markets, new customers - internal development opportunities - modern ways of working - an open communication structure from the management team, especially the CEO

      Inconvénients

      Acquisitions can be quite hectic and things needs to be adjusted. You need to like it.

      Avantages

      I really enjoy working here. The team is supportive, friendly, and fun to work with. There’s a strong sense of understanding for private matters, and the company genuinely tries to help you balance work and personal life — which makes a big difference. My managers are caring and attentive; they look out for their teams and create a positive, respectful work environment. Working conditions are fair, and the benefits are both good and meaningful — like having your birthday off, flexible home office options, and even workations. Overall, it’s a great place to work with a healthy culture and people who truly care. The only reason I’d rate it 4 instead of 5 stars is that there’s always room to grow and improve — but I’m genuinely happy to be part of this company.

      Inconvénients

      Since Swedish is still used quite a lot, even though English is the company language, it can sometimes be a bit tricky to follow every conversation or connect socially (e.g. lunch breaks). Still, people are super kind and make a real effort to include everyone, which makes a big difference.
