It implies that you need fluent tech English and overall communication skills which implies that you will grow them as well. Since you are reporting to non-Russian Business unit and just attached to the Moscow branch, it means that you are getting salary from abroad and those Business Units might get you higher salary than Russian ones.
Inconvénients
Nizhny Novgorod site doesn't have an office, you are working fully remotely and it might be a pros, but HR doesn't allow to travel&work abroad due to policy violations, you can travel only within Russia.
