Specifically, the review highlights the importance of MotionPoint’s hiring process, including how we identify, recruit, and train new MotionPointers.
We opened our Madrid office less than 10 months ago (note that the respondent represents that he or she worked for MotionPoint for “more than a year”). Since opening the office, we have already onboarded more than 30 new MotionPointers very successfully, and we’re experiencing excellent morale and strong retention rates. That said, it’s rarely the case that 100% of hiring decisions are correct for both the company and the individuals. When mistakes do happen, we re-double our efforts to identify, recruit and develop those who share our passion for winning and for making it easy for our customers to serve a worldwide audience online.
