Avantages
Working at Tuscaloosa Microchip was like being part of a tight-knit family. The team genuinely cared for one another, and no one hesitated to lend a hand when things got tough. I learned a lot and built friendships that will last well beyond the job.
Inconvénients
That said, the experience was overshadowed by one major issue—the logistics manager’s treatment of staff. I carried multiple roles, kept the operation moving smoothly, and helped maintain morale, but it often went unnoticed. Instead of being supported, I was targeted for not acting like someone’s errand runner. It’s disheartening to give your all for years, take on every extra task, and still go without a raise for three years.
