      Inconvénients

      Benefits are horrible... there is a 3 month waiting period for health insurance and no 401k match. CEO and COO micromanage all your projects. Extremely high turnover. Don't waste your time here because you'll be looking for another job after a few months.

      - Direct communication with Management/Leadership. - Close, friendly staff. Swift execution and teamwork willing to help each other out as things come up to offset the workload. - Willingness to teach and support in areas where other staff may have expertise, while others are still learning. - Clean and organized office and warehouse spaces. - Overall welcoming and inclusive environment.

      Avantages

      Matrix Events has been a deeply positive experience for me. The leadership genuinely cares about the well-being of the team. And speaking of the team - they are easily the most capable and talented group the company has seen. Management trusts their experts. You are given the autonomy to do your job without micromanagement, yet they provide additional resources or help with a project if needed. There is also a healthy "open-door" culture where feedback is actively encouraged.

      Inconvénients

      Because the company is growing quickly, there are some growing pains. Management is eager to improve productivity and company culture, but this leads to the introduction of new systems that can feel redundant or messy rather than helpful.
