      Avantages

      The benefits are a huge bonus. Vacation time is encouraged and you don't feel bad taking a day to get away from the office.

      Inconvénients

      Management is poor which makes turnover high. Not everyone is trained to have the skills that are required for their jobs in some departments so that can be tricky.
